Why People Don't Read the "Word of God"(the Bible)

The question, are you reading the BIBLE? If not? then the reason might be in my below list.

1. You Haven't Informed that the "Word of God" was commanded to be READ.
   
   Read: II Timothy 2:15"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."   Did you know someone who ones told you NOT to READ the Bible 'coz that will get you loose your mind and become crazy? I'll tell you, those who don't know the truth are easily used by SATAN to blaspheme God's words and His Salvation. This one of many reasons why we should read the BIBLE!
   
   
2. You Don't Believe the The Bible is the Word of God(it's only written by MAN).
   
   Psalms 119:89 For ever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven. The Holy Bible is already finished in heaven even we're not yet born.
   
   There are reasons I can asure you might fall into any of these category of none Bible believers.
   
   Obviously,
   1. You don't believe in God(you don't even believe in His Words).
   2. You reasoned not to Believe the WORD of God 'coz you're were anchored to your WORLDLY DIDS(VICES,LUST,in short SIN) .
   3. Either you WANT to SAVE Your Own Self by Your Own Mighty Hands and Good Works(in which you can never be saved yourself but by Jesus Christ Only).
   4. You're too confident that TO SEE is to BELIEVE. But in John 20:29 Jesus saith unto him, "Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed."
   
   It was clearly said that the Bible was not made by man with their own will but by the WILL of GOD.
   
   II Peter 2: 20-21 says: 20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
   
    
3. You're afraid to know the TRUTH.   
   
   But the good thing about the truth, it will set you free. Read: John 8:32 KJV"And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."
   
   
4. You don't want to be corrected.What is the "Word of God" anyways? Why it will correct me that I have my own moral understanding and good character?. Isaiah 64:6 "But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness's are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away." That means, our righteousness would never Save us and will NEVER set us FREE FROM SIN! 
   II Timothy 3:16 - 17"16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.". This simply means our righteousness could never reach the HOLINESS of God and so HE made HIS Plan of Salvation for US.
   
   Ask yourself now? Do you have in your heart the desire to know and seek God?  Don't you just go to Him when you're in trouble? The reason God made his Plan of Salvation is because of Romans 3:11 "There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God."
   John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. 
   Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. This means that Jesus Christ is the ONLY Way to go to HEAVEN. If you haven't receive Jesus Christ as your SAVIOR and God, then you must accept HIM NOW! Just go to I want to RECEIVE Jesus Christ.
   
   
5. You were informed that the Bible is JUST for the HIGH Ministers of the Church? 
   How sad that your people ministering your church had informed you not to READ the Bible because it might just resulted of any private interpretation? There are only TWO reasons why most so called CHURCHES don't want you to read the "WORD of God". They either don't want you to know the TRUTH or either, they don't want to REVEAL their FALSE doctrines that were HUMAN made!!!
   
   Mark 7:7-9"7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men."8 "For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do." 9 And he said unto them, "Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition."Don't you know that there were 4 Kinds of Doctrines taught to PEOPLE? Are you sure you have the Doctrine of TRUTH? 

1. The TRUE Doctrines from God
2. The FALSE Doctrines
3. The DEVILS Doctrines and
4. The MAN MADE Doctrines!

And most people that don't hold the TRUTH can easily be DECEIVED and CONFUSED! That's why most of US belongs to a Church that we believe teaches the TRUTH but if WE JUST read the BIBLE, you'll know and find the TRUTH. 

The question now, how can you then READ and compare the True Doctrine to the False that you don't even have an interest for the salvation fo your soul? I pray for you don't get the Word of God lightly. You may have all the WEALTH in this WORLD but if you forgot the VALUE of your SOUL which is GREATER than the WHOLE world then you're in GREAT DANGER.

Matthew 16:26"For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?"


I hope this post had opened your hearts and mind on the TRUTH! God gave the TRUTH and He is NOT the author of confusion. So don't ever blame God when you came to the point you are confused? The key is "ARE YOU READING the "WORD OF GOD"(the HOLY BIBLE)? If NOT, then that's the reason you're still confused.

And OH... the Holy Bible will surely show you that there is a SALVATION for SOULS and indeed people can go to HEAVEN not by CHANCE, by Good Works or by the LAW, but certainly by REPENTANCE(turning away from SINS) and FAITH(TRUST/Believe) in JESUS Christ.
